Members of the Audit Committee

Mr. Regalado will serve his first 3-year term as member of the Audit Committee of PT Delta Jakarta.

A naturalized Indonesian citizen, age 67, Mr. Regalado graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting degree. He obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Manuel L. Quezon University (Philippines). He holds a Philippine Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

He was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sarimonde Foods Corporation. He served in various capacity in PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk group of companies as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the holding company, CEO of the China Hypermart operations, President/COO of the Matahari Food Business Unit, among others. He started his career as an auditor with SyCip, Gorres, Valayo and Co. (SGV). He has more than 40 years of professional experience in merchandising and marketing, audit and controls, strategic business and tax planning, controllership, and banking relations.
