Members of the Audit Committee

Mr. Alcantara will serve his first 3-year term as a member of the Audit Committee of PT Delta Jakarta.

A Filipino citizen, age 65, Mr. Alcantara, graduated cum laude from the University of the East (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting degree. He holds both Philippine and USA Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenses. He was in the Top 20 examinees in the 1979 Philippine Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. He was awarded "With High Distinction" for being in the Top 100 examinees in the 1993 American Institute of Certified Public Accountants licensure examinations.

He has been in the field of professional services for more than 40 years. He was the Chairman of Deloitte Southeast Asia Board of Directors, a member of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Board of Directors, and Country Managing Partner of Deloitte Indonesia. As an Audit Partner, he specialized in serving MNCs and large Indonesian listed companies as Lead Client Service Partner or Advisory Partner. He started his career as an auditor with SyCip, Gorres, Valayo and Co. (SGV).
