An Indonesian citizen, 52 years of age, has more than 25 years of experience in the banking, financial services, and business development sectors. Throughout his professional career, he has held positions at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and PT Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Tarigan is widely recognized as a motivator, financial speaker, and public speaking trainer, actively sharing insights on leadership, career development, effective communication, and financial literacy.

Mr. Tarigan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Management) from STIE YKPN Yogyakarta and is currently pursuing studies in Law. He possesses strong competencies in business development, strategic marketing, human resource management, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and organizational development.
