An Indonesian citizen, age 57, Mr. Roy Tumpal Pakpahan has a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Pancasila. He completed his Master's Degree in Political and Business Relations from the University of Indonesia and his Doctoral program in Public Policy Administration from the Brawijaya University. Mr. Pakpahan is currently an Expert Staff in a state institution. He is also the Managing Partner in Pakpahan and Associates Law Firm and a lecturer at several universities. He is the Chief Editor of investigative media Law-Justice.co. He is likewise the founder and an active member of various professional organizations which include the Indonesian Advocates Association (PeradiI), Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) and the University of Indonesia Alumni ( ILUNI UI). Mr. Pakpahan has written and published several books and articles on corporate social responsibility, media audit and public policy, among others.

He was appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company in August 2020 and President Commissioner of the Company in August 2021.
