An Indonesian citizen, age 51, Mr. Samuel Nitisaputra has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Petra Christian University in Surabaya. He currently serves as the Special Staff of the current Deputy Governor of Jakarta.

Mr. Samuel Nitisaputra has extensive experience in the field of business, management and consulting. He is currently the President Commissioner of PT Manajemen Waralaba Bersama and PT Airku Sehat Segar Alami. He is also presently the President Commissioner of PT Intipati Dwipantara, PT Intisari Indonesia and PT Saripati Indonesia, in which companies he used to serve as President Director. Mr. Samuel Nitisaputra was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at PT Prisma Knowledge (2015-2016) and held various positions at PT Lyman Investindo (2000-2003).

He was appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company in August 2021.
