A Filipino citizen, age 63, Mr. Webster A. Gonzales obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, major in Marketing and Management from the Divine Word College of Laoag, in Laoag City, Philippines in 1981. Mr. Gonzales started his career in the Beer Division of San Miguel Corporation in 1983 as a Route Salesman. Since then, he held various positions in Sales and Logistics in the Beer Division of San Miguel Corporation and later in San Miguel Brewery Inc., including Sales Supervisor, Head of Sales Logistics, Selling Systems and Training Development Officer and Territory Sales Manager. He was also assigned under San Miguel Brewing International Limited as part of the team sent to Thailand in 2005 to set up operations. He stayed on as Regional Sales Manager in Thailand and was reassigned to San Miguel Brewing International Limited as Account Manager for Sales in Thailand and Indonesia. He was eventually appointed National Sales Manager for San Miguel Marketing (Thailand) Limited., a position he held for six years from 2009 to 2015

Mr. Gonzales was a member of the Board of Directors of PT Delta Djakarta from 2015 to 2021. He was also a Director of San Miguel Holdings (Thailand) Limited, San Miguel Beer (Thailand) Limited and San Miguel Marketing (Thailand) Limited (2022-2024). He is currently the General Manager of San Miguel Beer (Thailand) Limited and San Miguel Marketing (Thailand) Limited.
