A Filipino citizen, age 60, Ma. Joe C. Perucho, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in finance and audit. He has taken up leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Internal Auditor in various multinational companies in Singapore and Indonesia. He started his career in Big 4 accounting firms in the Philippines and Indonesia. He has led finance teams responsible for the full spectrum of the finance function including but not limited to controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, corporate finance, and compliance. He has solid understanding of operations as he led audit teams focused on operational efficiency, risk management, cost reduction and corporate governanc

He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (North Carolina, USA), and, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy degree from the University of the Philippines. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.

He was appointed Director of the Company in May 2023.
