A Filipino citizen, aged 47, Mr. Evan Lawrence F. Soteco is a seasoned Brewmaster and brewing operations leader with over 25 years of experience with San Miguel Brewery. He began his career in 2001 as a Brewing Associate and progressed through various technical and leadership roles across several brewery locations in the Philippines. Throughout his career, he has overseen brewing operations and led initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency while maintaining consistently high product quality standards.

Mr. Soteco holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from De La Salle University and is a licensed Chemical Engineer in the Philippines. He further specialized in Brewing Science and Technology through the San Miguel School of Brewing, where he obtained a Diploma in Brewing Technology. He also served as a faculty member of the School of Brewing, contributing to the training and development of brewing professionals.
